Referral Program Terms

These Terms cover two programs: the OnNest Member Referral Program and the OnNest Partner Program. A person participating in either program is a “Referrer.” A Referrer may have an OnNest account for referral purposes without completing OnNest financial onboarding or becoming a paid subscriber. Referrers must be at least 18 years old and remain in good standing, subject to the OnNest Terms of Use. Participation and rewards are personal and non-transferable.

OnNest issues each Referrer a unique share link (the “Referral Link”). A “Qualified Paid Referral” or “Qualified Referral” is a new OnNest subscriber who is properly attributed through that Referral Link, completes a qualifying paid membership payment, and satisfies the hold and other requirements in these Terms.

You may share your Referral Link with people who may benefit from OnNest. You may not use paid search on OnNest brand terms, send spam, impersonate OnNest, manipulate attribution, or describe OnNest or either program inaccurately.

A referral must be properly attributed through your Referral Link under OnNest’s attribution rules. A referred person may be attributed to at most one Referrer. Attribution is recorded once when the person joins and is not reassigned. A Referral Link used after attribution has already been recorded, or after the attribution window has closed, has no effect.

You may not refer yourself, and you may not use additional or duplicate accounts you control to generate rewards. You also may not seek multiple rewards for the same person. Self-referrals and duplicate or fraudulent accounts do not qualify and may result in reversal of related rewards and removal from the program.

A referral becomes eligible only after OnNest confirms that the referred person is a new paying OnNest subscriber and the qualifying payment has settled. A click, account creation, beginning checkout, or an unsettled payment does not create a reward.

Each eligible referral records a potential reward of $5.00 (USD). The reward is held for seven (7) days after the qualifying payment settles. It becomes a Qualified Referral and available reward value only after the hold ends and the referral continues to satisfy these Terms.

• An ordinary Referrer earns $5.00 once for each of the first ten (10) Qualified Referrals.
• The lifetime maximum under the Member Referral Program is $50.00 (USD).
• Referrals after the first ten may remain in referral history but earn no additional reward value.

The Partner Program is for podcasts, creators, newsletters, community organizations, community groups, churches and faith communities, and other promotional partners that OnNest approves. An approved participant is an “OnNest Partner.” Applying does not guarantee approval. OnNest may approve or decline an application, and Partner status begins only after OnNest affirmatively approves it.

Pending and unapproved applicants remain ordinary Referrers for reward purposes and are subject to the Member Referral Program’s first-ten and $50 limits. An approved OnNest Partner must comply with these Terms.

• An approved OnNest Partner earns one $5.00 Partner Reward for each new Qualified Referral properly attributed through the Partner’s Referral Link.
• The Member Referral Program’s ten-referral limit and $50 lifetime maximum do not apply while the Referrer is an approved OnNest Partner.
• Each new qualified paid subscriber can create at most one Partner Reward.
• Subscription renewals and recurring membership payments do not create another Partner Reward.
• The Partner Program provides no recurring commission and no percentage revenue share.
• Clicks, account creation and beginning checkout do not create a Partner Reward.

You become eligible to request redemption of an OnNest Reward once your available qualified reward balance reaches at least $20.00 (USD). Reward value below the threshold accumulates until the threshold is reached. Redemption is requested by you and is not automatic. The same threshold and OnNest Reward delivery process apply to ordinary Referrers and approved OnNest Partners.

• If a qualifying payment is refunded or disputed, the related reward may be reversed, including one that has already qualified.
• If a payment fails or is reversed before the hold period ends, the held reward is withdrawn.
• Ordinary cancellation of a membership after a genuinely paid period does not reverse a reward that has already qualified.
• OnNest does not create negative balances and does not pursue collection of reversed reward value.

OnNest may review activity indicating self-referral, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, manipulation of attribution, attempts to obtain multiple rewards for the same person, or other program abuse. OnNest may withhold, reverse or cancel affected reward value and remove a participant from the applicable program when the activity does not satisfy these Terms.

An OnNest Reward is a digital reward. It is not cash, and OnNest does not guarantee a cash payout, bank transfer or card payout. Redemption may require additional eligibility verification and fulfillment steps, and reward availability may depend on the redemption methods OnNest supports at the time of redemption. Reward value has no cash surrender value and is not transferable.

OnNest maintains the authoritative record of attribution, qualification, reward value and reversal. Reward totals shown to you are derived from those records. Information shown to Referrers and OnNest Partners is limited to referral counts, qualification and reward amounts and statuses made available in the referral experience. OnNest does not disclose a referred person’s income, expenses, debts, savings, Goals, Financial Picture, payment details or other financial information to the Referrer or Partner.

You are responsible for any tax consequences of participating in the program. OnNest does not provide tax or legal advice and makes no representation about how a reward is treated for tax purposes.

OnNest may modify, suspend or discontinue either program, or change these Terms, at any time. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted. Reward value already qualified at the time of a change will be honored under the terms in effect when it qualified, except where reversal or abuse provisions apply under Sections 11 and 12.
